 Brief Introduction

 ◊ Tonghui has developed a series of winding components test instruments testing both low voltage parameters and high voltage parameters. The new TH90010 Series Dual-port High Voltage scanning Box can be used together with TH9201S or TH2882A impulse winding tester so as to get a flexible, easy, and convient high voltage solution for winding components.

TH90010 Series Dual-port High Voltage Scanning Box is specially designed for the high voltage test of transformers. This instrument can test two transformers at the same time under double-cylinder test mode. (For a 5mm test fixture, the measurement voltage across two adjacent pins should not exceed 2kV AC.)

◊ Easy to control: Through connecting a TH26036 control cable to the HANDLER interface of TH9201S, you can achieve the easy control of TH90010. However, if you want to control PASS/ FAIL/ TEST indicator and the double cylinders, you must add an optional TH10203 extended power signal board to TH9201S.

◊ Selectable double cylinders: Double cylinder can achieve the automatic test between winding and core of a transformer, thus the automation level of transformer testing is increased.
